I really handy location, but this is not why I'm quoting this review. The first night I stayed, my room was really cold. I couldn't adjust the thermostat on the wall. I rang reception and the lady said she could assist from her control panel, but that did nothing so I got under the duvet and had a good night's sleep anyway. I mentioned it to Tracey on reception in the morning and she said she'd sort it out whilst I was at work. I work outside and needed a warm room when I return (it's winter and at this time very windy, so about -2 windchill). On my return Tracey had left a note explaining the heating failure after monitoring it all day and had left an option to change rooms of I liked. She'd put an electric heater on the room, so I stayed put. Next to the note where a Bar of Galaxy choc, bottle of bud and a pack of Pringles for the inconvenience. What great customer service from Tracey. Please pass on my thanks! 😊

On entering the hotel, I was welcomed by reception and had a very pleasant check-in, very quick and easy. |The room was very clean and warm, spacious, the bedding was lovely and fresh. |The staff was very helpful and friendly when I interacted with them they couldn’t help me enough. |Will certainly be returning many thanks. ||

Great stay. We were greeted by Nikki at the reception and she was extremely professional and very friendly. The room we stayed was a family room. Very clean as expected but Premier Inn and very spacious too. The location it's perfect too. Definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend this Hotel.
